That will depend on your package and needs. Generally, we will have weekly check-ins to discuss progress, answer any questions, and make adjustments to your program.

Elio Fitness app provides users with personalized nutrition recommendations based on their goals, dietary preferences, and any other pertinent information. I offer meal plans, recipes, and tracking features to help users stay on track.

My app offers a variety of tracking features, including progress photos, measurements, and performance metrics. I will also provide regular check-ins to discuss progress and make any necessary adjustments to your program.

I have advanced nutrition credentials. I will start by asking you to share 1-2 days of what you eat. Then I will provide feedback on what you’re doing well and what you could improve on based on your goals. To help you improve, I will provide a daily meal plan and check in each day to find out how you’re doing. If you have any specific diets you’d like to follow (ie, intermittent fasting, keto, paleo, or other), I can help you with those too.

I can develop the perfect plan for any goal or ability level. Whether you’re a complete beginner looking for a program you can stick to, an expert looking to shave minutes off your race time, or someone somewhere in between, I will create a plan that will work best for you.

Great form is essential, and the app provides video demonstration to ensure that clients practice the best possible form. I have put a lot of thought into how to build programs such that they are learnable for a given experience level via an app. You’ll see step-by-step demo videos for each move – along with tips in every workout you do in my app. I will also ask you to take videos of yourself and send them in for the more difficult moves, If you have any questions, you can also comment in the app and I will get back to you. I will encourage you to use any alternative feature to replace anything you’re not sure about.

Your trainer can include outdoor runs and group fitness classes as well. The goal is to create a convenient and realistic training plan that you can stick to.
