I've developed my online coaching service to provide as much accountability than my in person training so that you can train at a time, place & with equipment that is convenient to you. It doesn’t matter where you live or where you train because our online training is designed specifically for you.

My Online Personal Training involves much more than just being sent a pre-made program and then left in the dark. It is more of a lifestyle transformation service as I’ll work on exercise technique, your physical goals like improving your strength & fitness all while laying down brick after brick on the nutrition side so that it seems like you aren’t even trying! Your customized online personal training program is based on information you share with me about your daily activity levels, food preferences, allergies, and personal fitness goals.To those who can prove their progress, I also offer online personalized coaching and mentoring to maximize your potential for extreme results!


1Is it really Personal Training if it is delivered online?
We gather a lot of information from you in order to build up a comprehensive picture of what you are like and where you are at including a postural and movement assessment. We’ll then get on a video call to dig deeper into your goals and find out anything else we should know before making your training plan.
2What if I don't have access to the equipment on the program?
During our assessment process at start up we’ll ask you for a list of all the equipment you have available. We’ll then program and plan your training within the boundaries of what you have available. Remember, this is a totally personalised service. You won’t be sent a generic program that you can’t do.
3How many days per week do I have to train?
We’d normally recommend 3 to 4 times per week for best results however we’ll normally start with 2 planned sessions to get the momentum going. If you can commit 30 minutes every single day to something physical such as stretching, sweating or walking outside of your planned training then you’ll get amazing results.
4Are my results guaranteed?
Every training session is designed for you. There are weekly check-ins and a monthly video call to keep you accountable. We’ll make changes to your program when needed to keep you moving forward. We’ll overcome stumbling blocks as they crop up. All of this ensures you make the progress you want and deserve.
5What are the benefits of using digital training over going to the local gym?
The benefits of online training begin with its affordability! My program is much more cost effective than paying a personal trainer $70 - $100 per hour at the gym for a one-on-one session. Your gym trainer will also never include a personalized meal plan. Remember, your biggest wins will come from a change to your diet!
